[详细说明]> Job Description:
1.Supervising QC chemist and Technicians for the daily Quality Control
work, such as, Incoming Material control QC check and Color adjustments for
production batches, maintain working standard according to TS16949 ISO9001
requirements and also responsible for any other Quality activities.
2.Promote sound customer relations through effective communications with
the manufacturing, technical, and sales/marketing services departments to
maintain manufacturing efficiency and ensure product quality.
3.Contribute to the effectiveness of the Quality Control Department by the
implementation of new test procedures, new programs to improve efficiency,
and on and off-the-job technician training programs.
4.Make management decisions in the absence of the Quality Control Manager
in order to maintain departmental efficiency and product quality.
5.Establish and execute strategies for cycle time reduction for in-process
and final testing functions.
6.Minimize variation in testing of raw materials, intermediates, and paint
products through the calibration/verification of test equipment,
standardization of procedures, and training of personnel.
7.Continuously improve safety and housekeeping of Quality Control personnel
and laboratories. Understand and Meet ISO9001/QS9000/ISO14001 requirements

> Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Organic Chemistry or Equivalent;
Acknowledge of Quality system(QS9000 & ISO9000),
Experience in Lab work conditions.
Rich experience in liquid spray preferred.
Be skillful in English Communication, Computer and MS Office software.
