[详细说明]	The Process Improvement Engineer provides the program and support to improve the production efficiency and productivity, through improvement projects implementation, and according to business GPM and MET, and works as interface between site operation and T/C. Primary Responsibilities: • Works with Production Engineer and other team members to collect data for analyzing and developing improvement project plan. • Prepares all project documents (BOP, TIP, PIP, etc) for business review and approval, and takes responsibility for managing project start-up, execution and closure according to GPM. • Utilizes GPM to improve production capability and interfaces with R&D , Production Engineer ,and Maintenance Engineer to implement improvement projects. • Works as interface among operation team, design institute and contractor, and functions as coordinator in project preparation and implementation stage. • Ensures Most Effective Technology (MET) and specific Operating Discipline requirements are in place. • Works with Production Technicians in this respect. Networks with other engineers on site and within the global business to leverage knowledge on plant process improvement. • Communicates technical information and issues to plant personnel, technology or expertise centers. • Participates on and leads teams in his/her area of accountability. • Participates the site empowerment team and works with other team member to ensure our site reach empowerment stage requirement. • The incumbent must be able to work independently and as a team in the High Involvement Work Team Organization with minimum direction from supervisor. • Excellent background in product synthesis and scale up. • Excellent interpersonal relation skills , mature personality good English and communication skills are the keys to influence excellent working in team result. • Teamwork. Education/Certification/Experience Requirements EDUCATION: BS in Chemistry , Engineering or Statistics. EXPERIENCE: Worked previously in quality assurance / control or process improvement areas for 3-5 years in chemical industry. Has excellent computer skills and Good command of English.
