[详细说明]	Requirements • To provide technical service for operation personnel • To apply technical skills within manage production • To optimize plant operation and resolve problems • To enable production with high quality and lowest cost under safe condition • To be able to identify potential risks associated with opportunities Qualifications • Minimum bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering • Serve at international company at least 2-3 years with relevant working experience • Be able to manage work under time pressure and willing to take responsibility • Have the knowledge about Electrical and industrial control • Good command of both written and spoken English • Familiar with PC operation and MS office software Competencies • Initiative: To work independently to produce results and complete assignments with efficiency • Teamwork: To work with plant colleagues with professional leadership skill, share responsibility for the direction of the team. • Learning: To develop new skills to improve individual and team performance and apply new skills effectively and productively • Productivity Focus: To participate in the design of team budgets.
