将以上文字copy到记事本上，保存后，改名为“清除系统LJ.bat“文件，双击后即可运行，将C盘的一些垃圾文件和暂存的文件清除，一般为几百兆大小，如果不怕开机速度慢，也可以加入到自启动里。

我已经用过，还不错，没出现什么问题，一般运行后总能清除掉约300M的空间，这样一天运行机器的速度就快多了。
