Position 1: HR Specialist

Main responsibilities are:
· Training system integrity & implementation
· Appraisal system implementation
· Manpower recruitment suit for requirements
· Coordinate all HR activities in DEPJ

Function requirements are:
· University graduate, preferable major in human resource, public relationship, psychology, business management or equivalent
· 3 years’ relative experience in a multinational company
· Hands-on experience in field of training, especially familiar with TS16949 Quality system
· Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills
· Good planning and organizing abilities
· English degree CET-4 above

Position 2 : General Accountant 总账会计
Main responsibilities are:
- Monthly General Ledger transactions in ERP (Scala) system；
- Fixed Assets booking and management, ensure it’s in line with company assets management requirement ；
- Responsible for taxation, including VAT (Export sales VAT refund), income tax and other local taxes (stamp tax, business tax, IIT and etc.), keep good relationship with tax authority；
- Implement internal control policy ；
- Other arrangements ；
Function requirements are:
- University degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant, CICPA or ACCA preferred；
- Minimum 2－3 years relevant position working experience, preferred in MNCs；
- Knowledge of IFRS/IAS, PRC GAAP and taxation law；
- Good English (CET – 4 at least) & computer skills, ERP experience preferred；
- Be initiative, responsible and can work under pressure, good team player；

- 至少两到三年相关岗位工作经验,有跨国公司工作经验优先；
- 熟悉国际财务报告准则/国际会计准则, 中国会计准则/制度以及税法；
- 英语读写能力好(至少CET-4级), 熟练使用计算机办公软件,有ERP经验优先；
- 工作主动、有责任感、并能承受一定工作压力,具备团队合作精神；

Position 3 : Planner 计划员

Main responsibilities are:
- Raw material planning & purchase;
- Work order plan;
- Communication with production department for arrangement;
- MRP system processing.

Function requirements are:
- Be good at: Customer orientation, planning & Organization;
- Bachelor degree；1-2 years working experience, preferable related to planning.
- Basic knowledge of ERP system (hands on MRP experience is a plus)
- Good English (CET – 4 at least) & computer skills

主要职责：
- 负责原材料的计划和采购；
- 制定订单计划；
- 协助生产部门做好相关工作；
- 使用MRP系统进行控制。

职位要求：
- 良好的顾客定位能力，较好的计划和组织能力；
- 本科，1-2年计划相关岗位工作经验；
- 会使用ERP系统（有MRP工作经验者优先）；
- 英语读写能力好(至少CET-4级), 熟练使用计算机办公软件。

Position 4 : Color specialist 配色师
Main responsibilities are:

1. Developing new colors according to the market need
2. Manage and update the color recipes and specification
3. Implement continuous improvement and optimization to increase the quality
4. Customer complaint resolution (finds the root cause and implements the corrective actions)

Function requirements are:

1. Good knowledge in color compounding in the polymer industry (Engineering plastics knowledge is Plus)
2. Experience in coloring high heat polymers is also required
3. Abundant experience as a first-line technician is a must
4. Strong knowledge with various colorants used in polymers
5. Good knowledge about Injection molding process and color spectrophotometer
6. Additional knowledge in compounding process
7. Experience in achieving good surface aesthetics in addition to just color

Position 5: Warehouse Clerk 仓库备品、备件库管理员
主要职责：
1．负责对购进的备件进行验收，核对数量和型号。
2. 负责对计划内的物料进行采购申请，确保计划表内物品不缺。
3. 根据各部门经理、主管签字的领料单发货。
4. 对进出货物做记录，并输入ERP系统
5. 对库存物资进行必要的维护和保养。
具体要求：
- 男性，大专及以上；
- 具有团队合作精神，有电脑*作基础；
- 有相关工作经验优先考虑;
- 江阴本地或愿长期在江阴工作者。

Position 6: Quality Control Technician 品质测试员
主要职责：
- 严格遵守公司的安全规定，积极配合部门的安全工作，提出安全改进建议；
- 严格按照程序文件的规定对产品的性能进行各项检测，不漏检错检；
- 快速反馈测试结果，及时汇报异常数据；
- 做好交接班工作，保持现场整洁；
- 完成QA的相关工作。
具体要求：
- 男性，中专，化工相关专业（分析专业优先）；
- 具有团队合作精神，有电脑*作基础；
- 有相关工作经验优先考虑。
